Skyy Chase is a raw and heartfelt hip-hop project, where swirling loops and driving drums inspire angsty, urgent & poetic raps. The duo is made up of two brothers: Nathan (aka Citizen X) and Chris (aka The R.A.C.)

"We didn't plan to make a 'lo-fi hip hop' record. We were just working with the tools we had at the time to express the way we felt in a genuine way. If we could of worked with engineers we admired in a dope studios, we would have. Instead, we taught ourselves and found our own way, making whatever felt right to us." It's undeniable that it's not just the tools you use, it's the way you use them.

The projects enigmatic title is an acronym that stands for 'Forever Aiming Into The Heavens'. The R.A.C.'s hypnotic beats take sonic inspiration from 90s hip-hop groups like Mobb Deep, A Tribe Called Quest and Cypress Hill, then Citizen X infuses them with anxious and poetic wordsmith pondering.
